CBOSS provides CPP Electronic Bill Presentment (EBPP) as a value-added service for CPP customers and is considered an important step in the online payment process. The goal of CBOSS is to assist customers in the transition from paper to electronic notification.Customers reap the benefits of various cost savings in processing, postage,paper, manual staff processing and more.
CBOSS works with customers to continue to develop and support the EBPP solution, ensuring cost efficiencies are met,functionality is at its highest level and PCI security is maintained at all times.
Utilizing data files, CBOSS extracts the appropriate fields (email address, account number, account name, amount due)and generates an electronic statement on a monthly basis.
The system will send the account holder an email notice advising that their monthly statement is available. The account statement is available through a login to the customer’s account and is available for payment using the CPP solution.
