Our hosting services include the following areas:

Dedicated Hosting
Dedicated hosting is the right solution for a client whose needs require full server services to keep the solution running. CBOSS provides all proactive and reactive system support and backs up the service with a 99.5% system availability SLA.

Shared Hosting
For most clients, dedicated systems are not justified. CBOSS has developed platforms for those requirements that utilize shared CBOSS infrastructure, whether the solution requires a single server or group of clustered servers. Even clients with dedicated environments can utilize shared backups, database systems, or firewalls. As your needs grow, there is an easy migration path into dedicated solutions.

Regulated Hosting
Customers who provide e-commerce applications are required to meet the PCI standards for credit card transactions. For those customers, CBOSS offers regulated hosting services in a segregated PCI environment.

Co-Location
Co-location is ideal for those clients who want to retain the responsibility for managing their servers.  The client may add additional CBOSS services to enhance the overall solution such as monitoring services or managed tape backups. Co-location clients also receive SLAs on power and network availability.

E-mail Services
CBOSS has hosted e-mail options for over a decade and remains current in this staple offering by ensuring security with contemporary anti-virus and anti-spam software. All mail solutions provided are tailored for business or personal use.

With anti-spam/anti-virus servers, LDAP/SQL backend support, multiple SMTP gateways, and single sign-on options, the latest mail server solutions can easily become a reality - without creating the need to hire extensive IT resources to operate and oversee your e-mail system. 

 

	Network Operations Center

CBOSS and its customers rely on the continuation of network operations center (NOC) operations for their core business processes. As a PCI-certified vendor, data security is at the center of all our in-house standards and policies.

Our NOC adheres to all industry standards for maintenance and service. 

Redundancy 
We utilize best practices for redundancy of our mission critical SQL databases using a combination of real-time SQL replication and Web based monitoring and fail over to create databases that are always completely backed up. This redundancy method allows for much easier maintenance and higher reliability than server arrays.

Backup
Our backup and data recovery methodology assures that all data is secure and available. Backups are performed automatically and continuously so data is protected as it is created for uninterrupted enterprise productivity.  

Security 
CBOSS has a written confidential security policy and a designated team of employees responsible for the ongoing maintenance and revision of the policy.
