MAHONING & COLUMBIANA TRAINING ASSOCIATION (MCTA) LAUNCHES NEW SITE FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Mahoning & Columbiana Training Association has launched a new web site to better serve its customers seeking training and other workforce development services.
The new web site located at www.mctaworkforce.org will provide information on MCTA services and how to access those services, a calendar of events and information related to the Workforce Investment Board. In addition, when job openings occur at MCTA, employment applications will be available for print-out. The Home Page will feature “What’s New at MCTA” with the latest information on activities at MCTA.
MCTA is the administrative and fiscal agent for Federal Workforce Investment Act funds, as well as the One-Stop System Operator, for Mahoning and Columbiana Counties. With more than 25 years of experience in workforce development and approximately 45 employees, MCTA continues to provide and improve job training services, including job counseling and assessment, occupational classroom training and on-the-job training to residents of Mahoning and Columbiana Counties.
CBOSS Inc. was selected to re-design, develop and host the new MCTA web site using the ArchITech Content Management System. CBOSS, based in Boardman, is a provider of software solutions and hosting services for web portals, e-commerce and workflow automation.
